Dominique Gravel

Registered Kinesiologist, Student of Osteopathy

Dominique is registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sciences from Concordia University. Currently pursuing her studies at the Canadian School of Osteopathy, she hopes to blend kinesiology and osteopathic principles to offer a comprehensive, whole-body approach to health.

Her passion for movement stems from a diverse background, where she’s worked alongside Olympic and recreational athletes in high-performance clinics, supported children with disabilities and led community-based group exercise classes. But what truly drives Dominique is her mission to make movement accessible and empowering for everyone, regardless of background, ability, or fitness level. She believes that exercise should be inspiring, not intimidating, and creates personalized plans that help her clients build lasting confidence, prevent injuries, and experience pain-free movement.

Whether you're an athlete, recovering from an injury, or seeking to improve overall function, Dominique focuses on evidence-based techniques to create an exercise plan that is personalized to meet your unique needs.

An outdoor enthusiast, she thrives on running, swimming, biking, hiking, and foraging, while also finding balance through music and community connections.
